Many AD/HD coaches' websites post the AD/HD diagnostic criteria.  They work with the diagnosis. I work with the individual.  My approach is client driven.  You and I will develop our own description of what AD/HD is in your life and what symptoms of AD/HD may be interfering in your individual success.  That is what matters to me.  

Oh and if you are “not diagnosed” but often feel unproductive, disorganized, unmotivated, forgetful, or like “you can’t get out of your own way” call yourself AD/HD and then CALL me.

I work with the individual not the diagnosis.
